These terms explain how booking works with Azul Excursions and what you can expect from us — and what we ask of you in return. They apply to every excursion you book with us and to your use of azulexcursions.com. Booking a trip means you accept what's written here, so please take a moment to read through it.

Azul Excursions is based near Agadir and Taghazout, Morocco, and we run guided adventures across the region — Paradise Valley hikes and multi-day treks, horse riding along the coast, sandboarding and mini desert tours, and cultural days with local Berber families.

How to Book

You can book with us through the forms on our website, by email, or by WhatsApp — whatever's easiest for you. Your trip is only confirmed once we reply and agree on the activity, date, and number of people. To help things run smoothly, please give us accurate contact details and tell us about anything special we should know when you book.

Our groups stay small — a maximum of 12 people per activity — so every trip feels personal. Some experiences have a minimum number of guests to run, and age rules differ from one activity to another; you'll find both noted on each activity's page.

Prices and Paying

All our prices are per person, in euros (€), and can vary depending on the season, the activity, and how many of you are travelling. Whatever price we confirm with you at the time of booking is the price that applies to your trip, even if prices change later. We accept cash in euros, pounds, dollars, or Moroccan dirham, and for some activities you can pay securely online. We'll sort out the payment details with you when you book.

If Plans Change

Life happens, so we keep cancellations simple: cancel up to 24 hours before your departure and it's completely free. Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or don't show up, and we may not be able to refund you. If you just need to move your date or tweak the details, get in touch as early as you can and we'll do our best to make it work.

On our side, we may occasionally have to cancel or move a trip — usually because of bad weather, safety, or too few guests to run it. If that happens, we'll always offer you another date or a full refund of what you've paid us. Your choice.

Staying Safe

Our trips take you into real mountains, valleys, coastline, and desert — that's the magic of them, but it also means being prepared. When you join us, you're confirming that everyone in your group is fit and healthy enough for the activity you've chosen. Please tell us in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility needs so we can look after you properly.

Your guide is there to keep you safe as well as show you a great time, so we ask you to follow their instructions throughout. They may change the route or pace, or finish a trip early, if they feel it's the safe thing to do. We'll always let you know what to wear and bring on each activity's page — good shoes, sun protection, and water are a must.

Risk and Responsibility

Adventure activities come with risks that are simply part of being outdoors, and by joining a trip you take these ordinary risks on voluntarily. As far as the law allows, Azul Excursions can't be held responsible for injury, loss, or damage caused by things outside our reasonable control, or by not following sensible safety advice. Of course, nothing here removes any responsibility that the law says we can't remove.

Insurance

We really do recommend that everyone travels with personal travel and medical insurance that covers outdoor and adventure activities. Arranging your own cover is down to you, and it's well worth having.

What We Ask of You

Turn up at the agreed meeting point on time, give us honest information when you book, and treat your guides, fellow travellers, the local communities, and the landscape with respect. We visit beautiful natural places and welcoming Berber villages, so please help us protect them — follow the safety guidance, respect local customs, and leave no trace behind you.

Photos

We love capturing our trips, and we may use photos or videos from your activity on our website and social media. If you'd rather not appear, just tell your guide and we'll happily keep you out of the frame.

Our Content

Everything on azulexcursions.com — the words, the images, the branding — belongs to Azul Excursions or is used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without asking us first.

Updates

We may refresh these terms now and then. Whichever version is published here when you book is the one that applies to your trip.
